Trackspin: Earth, Wind & Fire - In The Stone.
I've been hooked onto Earth, Wind & Fire for the past few days, as well as Def Leppard. No particular reason though, and it's kind of weird that I'm listening to older stuff all of a sudden again. And at least Boomy agrees with the music taste. Haha. Think I've to grab his songs soon. -rubs hands with glee-
Alright, actually, this entry is in response to someone asking for updates. =) Maybe you know who you are. =p
The first jam session today was good I guess. Just a little demanding but at least Patrick knows how he wants the songs arranged. I'm just slightly intimidated with how they expect everybody to have a part to say in the prayer. It doesn't come very easily for me and truth be told, it actually makes me uncomfortable. And it's not that I refuse to come out of my comfort zone, damn it, so for those thinking about that right now, shove those words and thoughts right down your throat. =D
I think I'm really starting to like CoH, Company Of Heroes, for the uninitiated. Interesting game dealing with WWII. And suddenly, I'm really into old stuff, haha. Hmm, using the howitzers as the Infantry Company leader was fun, heh. But I still think 4 Shermans, 2 M10 Tank Destroyers, 2 Sherman Calliopes and 2 Greyhound APCs can clear map, with Combat Repair and Allied War Machine. =D But takes awhile to garner tanks en masse like that.
And anyway, I've kind of figured out what I want.
- A 5-string bass. (probably J/MM config again, plus a U-retro preamp.)
- A Fender Jazz 4-stringer, with an Audere or J-retro preamp.
- A fretless 4. Maybe, most probably, I'll just defret Inez when I'm in NS..
- Maybe a 6-stringer, though I doubt so.
- Maybe a Fender Precision, but I also doubt so.
I CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW! =D And I seriously hope you'll love your surprise, just like you did the previous week, though this surprise won't leave your room smelling a whole lot more pleasant. x) I love you babe.
