Trackspin: Sister Hazel - Your Mistake.
I guess I'm your mistake. Perhaps the biggest one in your life thus far.
Hmm, going back to school in awhile. It's been so long since I've actually made the trip back just to eat. Wish Riza and Terence could do the same today though. Feel really tired and I'm aching somewhat.
Good news is that I've managed to bump my weight up for sure. My home scale puts me at 60. I think I'll have to wait till I get a new scale to measure my weight for sure. Really need to keep track of how much weight I'm putting on. As HuGang said, we're both trying to strike a balance between speed and strength. Lean it is I guess. But lean as I am, I could definitely use the slight bulking up that's already in progress now. Hopefully things work out as I plan, pun unintended, and I manage to maintain speed and endurance. I'm honestly worried about November. Hopefully it just passes me by quickly and I manage to clear both tests.
I'm definitely thinking of getting my license. Should I start now and plan to take lessons during my off days? I honestly don't know. But money's always going to be an issue. Plus I've calculated. For music alone, I'm going to be spending a very huge amount within the next year and a half perhaps, if I can manage to. It's a little scary when I think of the amount, but then again, I could get that bloody Stingray with the cash. But instead, this is going out for an amp head, cabs as well as preamps for Nimis and Nez, as well as new pickups for Nimis.
Spoke to HuGang about further studies after I'm done with NS. I guess that all remains to be seen. I might jump professions and do something else entirely. But I still want to try to do what I'm interested in. That's the really nice thing about HuGang, I can talk to him about almost anything under the sun. He's definitely more mature than I am despite being just a year younger. The past two weeks have definitely been enjoyable with YueLing and HuGang at EMR. Gym plan hasn't been going the best but I'll manage. Feel too tired at times and I think I'm sick again. HuGang mentioned that I was really pale yesterday morning when I dressed for duty.
Anyway, I just remembered about the supposed HongKong trip for next year. Shat, how am I supposed to scrimp that much! Haha. I'll have to find a way to manage I suppose. I guess I could do with upgrading Nez's preamp first, followed by getting my head and cab. Maybe HongKong will make me return with a new baby haha. Instruments there are fricken cheap, compared to local prices. But I think it's not possible for me to get my head and cab from there though. Perhaps I'll try to shop for stuff when I can, but the head and cabs will probably be quite awhile more because I need help bringing it in from overseas. Too bad bassists are short of options here in Singapore. Overseas deals are a whole lot better and also, cheaper too.
Alright, think I'd better start making a move to get ready to head to school for lunch. Time is running out. I guess our time has run out. I want basketball to be good tomorrow, it's the last time I'll be playing for some time.
